This class is good for first timers, new to pole or more advanced wanting to refresh on their foundations. Focuses on spins, grips, basic tricks and climbing techniques using static pole or spinny pole.

Welcome to all who wish to study the art of using a hammock together with their pole apparatus.

Aerial Hammock is aerial silks with a twist; meaning the aerial silks are strung from the ends of the fabric creating a hammock out of its center. When the silks are hung in this manner, a whole new vocabulary of moves is created. Aerial Hammocks are sometimes used for therapeutic purposes in aerial yoga classes.

This class focuses on a different way for you to experience the aerial arts. Open to all levels this class uses a lyra, also known as an aerial hoop, to help you develop a new set of skills and strengths. This class will help you learn great techniques, various mounts, and different shapes. This class will include linking moves together, building endurance, and creating basic hoop choreography, giving you the freedom to hang to new heights! Please wear leggings or tights and a fitted shirt.

Chair -Fun, strong and sexy choreography using a chair as apparatus.

FloorWorks -Everything you need to learn moving around the floor used by aerialist and dancers in completing their choreography movements.

Low Flow -This is more the Exotic Russian style dance using floor & pole without climbing up to do tricks.

Kneepads and heels required.

One hour focusing on conditioning and flexibility training for Aerialist.

Enjoy an hour of fun cardio learning a choreography from your favorite hiphop and K POP songs.

Mix level class (beginners and ready to. invert students) that starts with warm-up and ends in a cool down. This class teaches tricks, transitions and combinations on the pole. Spinning pole is used majority in all our classes. The term classes is a series of classes taken for 4 weeks total of 8 classes with a curriculum to follow based on levels.

The term dance classes for Chrome Divas features 3 classes: Acrochair, Low Flow Choreography and Floorworks. The term will be in 4 weeks with a.total of 8 classes for the month. You can also opt to choose Hip Hop or KPop per request.
