1. What is pole dance?
Pole dance is a form of dance and fitness that combines elements of acrobatics, strength training, and dance on a vertical pole. It involves performing and dancing with various spins, tricks, and transitions while using the pole as a prop.
2. Do I need any prior experience or fitness level to join?
No prior experience is necessary to join our studio. We welcome individuals of all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced. Our classes are designed to cater to different skill levels, and our instructors will guide you through each step of the learning process.
3. What should I wear to class?
We recommend wearing comfortable athletic attire that allows for freedom of movement, such as leggings or shorts, a sports bra or tank top, and bare feet or dance shoes. Avoid wearing jewelry or clothing with zippers or buttons that could damage the poles.
4. Is there an age limit to join your classes?
Participants must be at least 18 years old to attend exotic dance classes. For all the other classes, age 8 and up can participate. Senior citizens can do so as long as there are no health conditions limiting for them to join the classes.
5. Are your classes suitable for men?
Absolutely! Our classes are open to everyone, regardless of gender. We welcome men who are interested in exploring aerial pole dance and enjoying the benefits of this unique form of fitness and self-expression.
6. How long are the classes?
Our classes typically run for 60 minutes, but we may offer extended sessions for more advanced or specialized workshops. Please check our schedule for detailed class durations.
7. What can I expect from a typical class?
In a typical class, you can expect a warm-up session, followed by conditioning exercises to build strength and flexibility specific to aerial pole dance. We will then explore various tricks, spins, and transitions, incorporating them into choreography or freestyle dance sequences. Finally, a cool-down and stretching segment will help prevent muscle soreness.
8. Is there a weight limit to participate in your classes?
We do not have a specific weight limit for participation. However, please note that aerial pole dance requires upper body strength and may put strain on certain joints. It's important to listen to your body and consult with your healthcare provider if you have any concerns.
9. Can I attend classes if I have a pre-existing injury or medical condition?
It depends on the severity and nature of the injury or medical condition. We recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before participating in any physical activities, including aerial pole dance. Please inform our instructors about any specific conditions or injuries so that they can provide appropriate modifications or guidance.
10. How do I sign up for classes?

Booking for a class is 6 hours before the scheduled time. Once booked, students must cancel not later than 2 hours before the class or else their credit for that class will be forfeited.
